Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with your Hazelnook CalmCoat kit. If it is not the right fit, you are covered by our 30 day happy pet guarantee, which goes beyond the standard right of withdrawal that EU and UK consumers are entitled to under distance selling regulations.

30 day happy pet guarantee

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• If the item is faulty or arrived damaged, we cover the cost of a free replacement or a full refund.
• If you are returning an item for any other reason, return postage is paid by the customer.

How to start a return

Email hello@hazelnook.store with your order number and the reason for your return, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Right of withdrawal for EU and UK customers

In addition to our 30 day guarantee, if you are a consumer based in the EU or UK you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under applicable distance selling regulations.
